I put out a fleece

My King,
How patient You are with me!  You don't have to tell me everything I think I need to know.  What love You have for me, that You answered my simple request.  You've answered my prayer.    Though that doesn't surprise me.  It excites me every time!  You heard my prayer for my son.  You chose the right person for him.  And because I put out a fleece, and You answered me, I know who that person is.  And isn't she exactly the right one for him.  I wonder if he knows it yet.  I think I love her already!  I love how You made it an obvious answer and even emphasized it.  You, My King, My God amaze me!  Thank You so much!  I love You!

Proverbs 16:3

“Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.”

Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”

My King,
Today I commit my path to You.  You have promised to make my path straight. . Please let my plan be Your plan.  Help me to succeed.  I love You, My King.  Love Your daugher

Jeremiah 1:5

Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.

Before you were born I set you apart;

I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

My King, what joy I have knowing that You knew me before You formed me! You know my up and my downs, all the ins and outs. My crazy sense of humor. How deeply I am affected by what's around me. I like the way You put me together. There may be people that I admire, people that I could never be like, but that's ok. You set me apart too. There is a reason You made me the way I am. Thank you for my birthday today. Thank You for the time we have together. I love you My King!

2 Corinthians 1:21,22

Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ.

He anointed us, set His seal of ownership on us,

and put His Spirit in our hearts as a deposit,

guaranteeing what is to come.

My King, Make me stand firm in Christ as You have said in Your Word. Anoint me, set Your seal on me, and please put Your Spirit in my heart. Help me to grow interest with Your deposit. Thank You for Your promises and for "what is to come."

Deuteronomy 14:2

My King, I am awestruck that You find me holy, that You have chosen me to be Your treasured possession. You do treasure me! I feel it! Help me to remember that You have chosen me. Please help me to be the holy person You see me as.
